Why make a new Store? What was wrong with the old one? Our old site, as many of you know, never worked all that well. It was slow, balky, slow, tended to lose data, slow, downright annoying at times, and... yes, slow. Definitely. We tried everything to improve it. Alas, it was the best we could manage with the available software. The only solution was to build a new and improved place. So the new place is better? Very much so! Customer response has been really positive. It's easier to navigate, has a great SEARCH feature, larger graphic images and it's much faster to use. The old Store had over 2,000 items at one point. So will the new one, and more. Everything from the old place that's still in stock is being transferred to the new one - 1,200 listed items so far and counting. Furry items and... what, other stuff too? Yes. We'll have an extensive list of GOLD DIGGER, plus old favorites like ASTERIX, TINTIN, various comic strip collections and more. They'll go in as soon as all the anthropomorphics have been uploaded. If you're interested in these titles now, they're available for sale even though they're not in the Store yet. Email us about them. For now, I'm mainly looking for new items and stuff by certain popular creators. Cool. All the new items are listed in NEW STUFF: JUNE/JULY 2008 and we list the following creators seperately under 'ARTISTS Furry ARTISTS': BARR, Donna COLLINS, Jerry GIBSON, Roz HOLBROOK, Bill HOWELL and SUTTON KARNO, Kjartan Arnorsson LEVY, Wm. O'CONNELL, Brian SAKAI, Stan WALLER, Reed WAYNE, Taral
JAMES M. HARDIMAN has a special section. Many previously sold-out portfolios are available again. Nice. Are there collector's items too? Sure. Check out The 'M' COLLECTION for the latest in old stuff. Many of these are single copies and they tend to disappear quickly. First come... Customer log-in, online security... Yes, fur sure. If you wish, you can upload your data to the site and later log in during the Check Out process. Convenient, yes. And that's about it. The Store's built, we just have to finish adding all and sundry. If you have any suggestions or questions, we always like hearing from you! Thanks! Best, Second Ed |
